ASC Regional Business Office Manager (Montgomery County, Maryland)

We’re hiring a Dynamic Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) for two (2) Busy Multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) located in Maryland.

As part of the key management team, this Regional BOM will be responsible for overseeing the Revenue Cycle,  Payroll, EMR, A/P, and A/R, and will manage an annual EBITDA of $5M, 2 Business Office Leads, and 4-5 staff. This person will also work directly with the Administrators at each Surgery Center to streamline Revenue Cycle processes and ensure all accounts are properly entered into QuickBooks and outstanding revenue is obtained.

The prestigious surgery center where the Regional BOM will be located is in Germantown, MD. This upscale suburb of Washington, DC, has a small-town feel but offers big-city amenities and is only a 40-minute drive to Baltimore and other cities on the Chesapeake Bay.

TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

  • A Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Business Office Manager (BOM) at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)!
  • Understanding and knowledge of Paychecks, Flex, SIS Complete, and Quickbooks
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with free-standing Surgery Centers and Physician practices
