FILLED – ASC Nursing Director (GA)

Sapphire Health Group is looking for a dynamic Director of Nursing for a gorgeous 6 Room, Multi-Specialty Surgery Center.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the daily clinical operations and staff of this multi-specialty surgery center
• Oversees all policy and procedures, state and AAAHC accreditation standards and quality assurance
• Creates weekly staff schedule and works with physicians to ensure maximum case-volume and utilization are met

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of three (3) years experience Managing a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Valid Georgia state Registered Nursing (RN) license
• Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills
• CNOR Certified – Strongly Preferred
