Administrator / CEO for a Surgery Center (Alabama)
We’re looking to hire a Tenured Administrator / CEO to oversee the operations of our Well-Established and Extremely Profitable 9-Room Multi-Specialty Surgery Center, which performs 10,000+ cases a month!
Located in a Beautiful and Historic city in Alabama, our ASC is near several large Hospitals and Universities. There is also plenty of opportunity to explore beautiful scenery, from Mountains to forests, hills, and rivers.
To be successful, this Administrator must have at least three (3) years of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Management Experience, Strong Leadership Skills, and the ability to manage a very large center with over 100 employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Minimum of three (3) years Experience Managing a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with Managing 50+ FTEs and 5+ Room ASCs
- CASC Certified Strongly Preferred
