Administrator – Busy 4 Room Surgery Center (MD / DC / VA)
We’re looking to hire a Dynamic Administrator / CEO to oversee the operations of our Well-Established and Extremely Profitable 4-Room Multi-Specialty Surgery Center, which performs 350 cases a month in the following specialties: Orthopedics, Total Joints, ENT, Ocular Plastics, GYN, Urology and General Surgery.
Our gorgeous ASC is located in Montgomery County, which is an Affluent and Vibrant community outside of DC and VA. This city perfectly blends the convenience of city living with a welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
To be successful, this Administrator must have at least three (3) years of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Management Experience, Strong Leadership Skills, and is a Highly Skilled Communicator!
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Minimum of three (3) years Experience Managing a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with Managing 50+ FTEs and 5+ Room ASCs
- CASC Certified Strongly Preferred
