Surgery Center Director of Nursing (Southern CA)

We’re looking for an experienced Nurse (RN) Director to oversee the daily clinical operations of an Exquisite 4 Room Multi-Specialty Surgery Center!
Our ASC is located in a beautiful suburb of the Los Angeles area and is affiliated with a management company that has over 200 in the Surgery Centers throughout the nation.
This Director of Nursing (DON) will report directly to an RN Administrator and will be responsible for all Quality Assurance, Policies and Procedures, and Clinical Staff.
To be successful, the DON must have at least 3 years of Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Management Experience, have an in-depth Knowledge of the clinical operations of an ASC, and have Strong Leadership Skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Minimum of three (3) years experience Managing the Operating Room (OR) or PACU for a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center
- A Valid Registered Nursing (RN) License
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with JCAHO or AAAHC Strongly Preferred!
