ASC Director of Nursing (Rancho Mirage, CA)

We’re hiring an Experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for our newly renovated, 4-room Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), which performs approximately 10,000 cases annually. 

As part of the key management team, this DON will manage approximately 20 FTEs, overseeing all daily clinical operations, policies and procedures, and ensuring the Surgery Center complies with State, Federal, and AAAHC standards. This DON will also be responsible for performing staff evaluations and reviews, creating staff schedules, and handling staff education.

Our prestigious Surgery Center is located in Beautiful Rancho Mirage, CA, and is newly renovated with 4 rooms!

TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Management Experience
• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
