ASC Director of Nursing (Charlotte, NC)
We’re hiring an Experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for our Gorgeous 6 OR and 2 Procedure Room Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), which performs approximately 5,000 cases annually.
As part of the key management team, this DON will manage 4 Leaders and 60 FTEs, and oversee the daily clinical operations, policies and procedures, and State, Federal, and AAAHC compliance standards. This DON will also conduct staff evaluations and reviews, create staff schedules, and manage staff education.
Our prestigious Surgery Center is located in bustling Charlotte, North Carolina.
TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Nurse Management Experience
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
