We’re seeking an Experienced RN Administrator to lead our Brand-new, state-of-the-art, 6 OR Multi-Specialty Surgery Center located in the breathtaking resort community of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

This Stunning ASC is jointly owned by several prestigious physicians and an ASC management company that is expanding and developing surgery centers throughout the United States.

As the RN Administrator, you’ll be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing 4 managers and approximately 25 employees while directing the clinical, operational, and financial success of the surgery center.

The ideal candidate will have start-up experience (or significant experience opening new service lines or expanding existing ASCs) and possess the vision, energy, and business acumen to grow surgical volume, recruit new physician users, expand specialties, and help establish this ASC as the premier outpatient surgery center in the region.

Qualifications

✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

✔ Minimum 3 years of ASC Administrator or Director of Nursing Experience

✔ Strong clinical knowledge of an ASC

✔ Experience with regulatory compliance and AAAHC accreditation

✔ Proven leadership skills with excellent physician and staff relations

✔ CASC certification strongly preferred
