Surgery Center Director of Nursing (Oregon)
We’re hiring an Experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for our beautiful 2 Room, Multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) that performs 250 cases a month in the following specialties: Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Pain and Podiatry.
As part of the key management team, this DON will manage 2 Team Leads, about 15 FTEs, and will oversee all the daily clinical operations, policies and procedures, and AAAHC accreditation standards. In addition to that, this DON will be responsible for performing staff evaluations and reviews, creating staff schedules, handling staff education, and ensuring the Surgery Center complies with State, Federal, and AAAHC standards.
Our prestigious Surgery Center is located in an upscale suburb only 15 minutes from several national parks and lakes and only an hour from the coast!
TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Nurse Management Experience
- Proficient in Regulatory Compliance and AAAHC or Joint Commission Accreditation Standards
